Antler Shaped Driftwood on Beach Warm Monochrome

Upon discovering this piece of weathered and bleached driftwood on the beach, the first impression was how much it resembled deer's antlers. The cast shadows on the bright sand, created by the strong sunlight, were to me, more focal an element than the dried wood branches even. The warm monochrome with its hints of yellow and warm blacks has a lovely semi abstract feel to it. My own original manipulated nature photography.
