Study in Dried Plant and Wood Natural Textures

This mix of dried leaf, plant stalks and wood along a forest trail made for a great monochrome study of organic textures. The forest material lay crisscrossed on an old piece of fallen tree wood in sunlight and strong shadow. I edited my coloured original grunge foliage image to be a black and white because it leant itself best to describing the different textures in the decayed subjects.
