Invasive Black Swallow-Wort Vine Seed Pods

Dramatic, back lit burst black swallow-wort seed pods on the vine. This viney small tree is an invasive species in Ontario, though very pretty to photograph once the seed pods have dried and burst. It is nicknamed "dog strangling vine".
