Dried Cone Flowers in Arboretum Field in Fall

The local arboretum near my home is a wonderful place in Fall, with all the spent, dried cone flowers and heliopsis flowers providing interesting textures and muted colours. Black Eyed Susan and Heliopsis or faux sunflowers, fill the field all late Summer and they begin to decay come Autumn, proving a lot of wonderful natural botanical textures to photograph.
