Blurred Cars on Highway at Night Headlights Flare

Cars in the opposite lane, out of focus and slightly blurred, their bright headlights creating lens flare. A night highway scene in northern Ontario, that I shot by hand while a passenger in a moving vehicle, with a DSLR and zoom lens.
